Mr. Marion’s practice cultivates intellectual property asset protection strategies for innovators and creators. After spending the first decade of his career working in a powerhouse patent boutique firm and a preeminent national firm, Mr. Marion brings that experience to his practice for clients both locally here in the Valley and across the country.

With a primary focus on intellectual property litigation, Mr. Marion has helped companies launch campaigns to stop infringement of their core technology. His work in patent and trademark prosecution facilitates building portfolios to withstand the rigors of trial, while also knowing how to identify weaknesses in competitors’ intangible assets. He has also partnered with companies to monetize their intellectual property assets, perform due diligence and license their assets.
